Deposit & Cancellations • All deposits are non-refundable. • A minimum 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit to book a future appointment. No Extra Guests • For safety reasons, no extra guests are allowed unless they are also receiving a service. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up without prior communication will be charged 50% of the service fee. Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Payments & Refunds • No refunds will be issued. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay ONLY. Health & Eligibility • If you have gum disease, an active virus, or infection, I will not be able to provide the service for health and safety reasons. Tooth Whitening Disclaimer • Results vary based on individual tooth composition, stain type, lifestyle, and diet. • Since no chemicals are used to alter your teeth, we cannot guarantee how long the whitening results will last or achieve a specific shade. • Proper aftercare is essential to maintaining your results. Tooth Gem Disclaimer • The tooth gem application is semi-permanent, and the duration varies for each individual. • I am not responsible for replacing or substituting any products, including gems, diamonds, or gold charms, if they fall off.
